- Present chosen plan to all employees at an annual Benefits Orientation
- This includes detailed explanation on the pre-taxing program that may be currently in use by your organization through the Section 125.
- Perform quarterly Benefits Reviews for all employees as needed.
- Perform one on one new employee orientations once eligibility guidelines have been met.
